I want to say that there are many real estate agents out there but very few “real pro’s”. I consider Alfred more like an advisor, because over the years he has advised and guided us through the maze of real estate. It’s very reassuring the fact that he is CPA and understands the potential tax implications. We recall when Alfred told us about how you can do a “1031 Reverse Exchange”. We asked other real estate agents/acquaintances about it and were told either that they had never heard about it or said that it couldn’t be done. Well, Alfred was right. He explained how it all worked and had all his “team” in place. Everything from the “Accommodator”, Escrow, Title, etc. We ended up buying 2 new homes from a local builder, then sold our rental shortly after. I’m happy to say that he just sold that second home for us. He gave us a road map (a plan) on how to minimize our taxes and how to benefit from the principal residence rules. Even our current tax preparer was referred to us by Alfred. Oh and by the way, he provides impeccable service. He returns calls/texts promptly and is very patient. In getting to know him over the years, I know that he has been involved in selling personal residences, rental properties, units, land, office buildings and businesses. On top of that, he is a smart negotiator. He is probably one of the most well rounded professionals
